I have been asked so many times to find a small lot on a great street that abuts conservation land. The town of Johnson owns the land, and Vermont River Conservancy holds the easement, working together to make sure these 25-acres will always be in their natural condition.” Lot 2 is not Conserved and is buildable according to the Covenants and Restrictions attached. There is an approved VT Waste Water Permit for a (3) bedroom residence. Also allowed by the current Covenants and Restrictions is the construction of a single family residence, 4-car garage, one guest house and one barn.
